Visiting an office
Bring one valid ID and any papers about your trip or case. If you are unsure, come anyway — we will tell you what is still needed and keep a note in your folder.
Bringing someone with you
A spouse, child, or fellow member may sit with you and speak on your behalf. Ask us for the short letter of authority and we will fill it in together.
